Our team is made up of hard-working and dedicated employees, some of them combine their studies at UNCW or Cape Fear Community College while also working at OCM. We are very proud of them, as they thrive to make your experience unique!
About the OCM Family
OCM is a family-owned-and-operated restaurant, established in 2010. We moved to NC from the South of France in 2010 to open an authentic French Crêperie.
Jacqueline Rey, founder and owner lived in the French part of Switzerland until 1997. Besides living in different parts of the U.S., she also lived for four years in the South of France.
She is the mother of three children: Theo, her eldest who lives in France with his wife and two sons, and Kelly & Justine, who live in Wilmington.
Kelly Gayout, owner is a citizen of both France and Switzerland. She manages the marketing of the restaurant, and delights in taking care of their sons Dylan & Jake.
Benjamin Gayout, owner was born and raised in the south of France,, where he met his wife Kelly, Jacqueline's daughter, and they have two sons, Dylan & Jake
